SERVE GP is an all-day community service event where Church of the Valley (COV) churches will go out and work on various projects throughout the community. We want to show this community how much Jesus loves them through acts of service and the gift of our time. Let’s get out there, fam!

Howdy, pilgrams! The Sunny Valley campus will be hosting a spring Barn Dance in May! Bring your partner and join us for a fun-filled evening of square dancing, food, and fun. We can’t wait to see you there!
Church on the Turf is a post-COVID relaunch of Church in the Park.
Some things will be different: We will be meeting at the Grants Pass High School Stadium this year! This is a family friendly event and we encourage families with littles to bring a blanket for family-style seating on the turf. Stadium seating will be open to all.
More importantly, some things will be the same:

This group of graduating high school seniors is AMAZING and we want to celebrate them and send them off in style. Our yearly trip down to Shasta Lake is a beautiful time spent celebrating, playing, eating, and relaxing. But mostly it's a time for the leaders of RV YTH to pray over and and send off these awesome young people into the next season of their lives. We will be staying in a large cabin near Shasta Lake for our lodging and we will then spend 2 full days playing down on the lake with ski boats, paddle boards, a wave runner and more.
The food will be EPIC and the memories will last a lifetime!

The Downtown Campus will be hosting a Pre-K Day Camp the week of June 18th! Pre-K Day Camp is for 3 years old (must be potty trained) to going into 1st grade in the fall. They can come and learn about Jesus while enjoying music, crafts, games, and snacks!
Pre-K Day Camp will be held from Tuesday, June 18 to Friday, June 21 at 8:30am-11:30am each day. We hope your little one can come join the fun!
Get out of the summer heat and join us for a day tubing on Lost Creek Lake at Joseph Stewart County Park! Bring a sack lunch; dinner is on us. If you have a type III PFD lifejacket for your child, please send it with them. If not, we will provide life jackets for all students.

This is a time for men to come together to eat, fellowship, and develop deeper relationships with one another. We will be having a gathering at each campus on the second Saturday of the month!
Celebrate with the team that served in Mexico in 2024 on April 7th at our Downtown Campus. Students and staff will be sharing testimonies and stories and, of course, showing off all the pictures and videos captured during our time in San Luis Colorado.

Rogue River - 10am (located in RR Elementary gym) - Baptism will be available at the end of the service with Easter egg hunt to follow
Sunny Valley - 10am - with potluck BBQ and Easter egg hunt to follow

Our high school students are on their way to San Luis, Mexico to serve the community and grow in their personal walk with the Lord. This trip has happened for over 2 decades and God continues to use it as a formative trip for the spiritual life of our high school students.
Church family, please keep them in your prayers over the next week! Pray for The Lord to work mightily through these students for the community they will be ministering to and for Him to show up for them in BIG ways!

The Sunny Valley campus will be hosting a pressure canning class! We will be learning how to can chicken, beans, and carrots. We will be learning from Tara at Windmill Springs Farm.

We ask that you fill out the "Servant for a Day Form" and we will be in touch to arrange a student or group of students to come and work for you. Please note that these students are not professionals and we cannot guarantee the quality of their work.

Is your student interested in joining us for the Mexico 2024 Trip? Please come and hear from our leaders about what to expect, what's new, and what will be different as we go back to San Luis, Mexico. Our annual missions trip will be March 22-30, 2024 and if your student would like to go with us we will NEED YOU to be at this meeting. We will have forms that we need you to fill out and important information that we will need you to be aware of.

We will be holding our annual Baby Bottle Drive to raise funds for the Pregnancy Care Center this month! We will be passing out bottles at all campuses on the weekend of Jan 21. You can fill them with change, cash, or checks… however the Lord leads you! Return them to your campus by Feb 4 or you can take them directly to the PCC during their hours of operation.
